The Heart of Winter

We are offered an incredible opportunity to journey within, to call ourselves home and tend our self-nourishing root system, and to honor and refine the current spiral of our transformation. On this deeply nurturing and inspiring retreat, we will steep ourselves in the rich wisdom of divine feminine archetypes from around the globe as well as the powerful teachings provided by all of Mother Nature's energies.

On this day at Blueberry Gardens, you will nourish yourself with ancient and empowered techniques of yoga asana, transformational breathing, deep relaxation, guided meditations, chanting, sound healing, shamanic drumming, soothing self-care practices, sacred listening and speech. You will also pour and make a clearing candle infused with crystal, to support clarity during your own home practices and meditaitons. A deliciously healthy, seasonal lunch and snacks are included.

You will come away from our day of retreat rejuvenated, balanced and renewed through:

  • Greater connection to the sacred feminine and the elements of nature
  • Heightened awareness of the wisdom and grace present in your daily life
  • Participation in a community of awakened women
  • Practical knowledge of how to access the power and support of the divine feminine
  • Secret insights from ancient yogic and shamanic traditions to support you on your journey
  • Creation of a crystal-infused candle to continue shining light and inspiration on you at home
